Institutional allocator intelligence

Know who allocates, and what changed this morning.

Personalized AllocIntel dashboard overview

The problem

Allocation decisions move with people. A CIO changes firms, a mandate shifts strategy, an investment team reorganizes, and the contact list you built last quarter quietly goes stale. Most teams find out late, from a forum conversation or a bounced email.

AllocIntel keeps one shared directory of institutional organizations and the people inside them, and tells you when the records you care about change.

How it works

1

Ask in plain language

Describe the organizations or contacts you want. Accepted requests become supported directory filters and are applied immediately, with chips showing how they were interpreted.

2

Save the set you care about

Keep a search as a chip, or bulk-save rows into a private list. Lists hold one entity type, so columns stay consistent and save actions only offer compatible destinations.

3

Let the changes come to you

Watch a record directly or leave a list unmuted. Fields approved together arrive as one readable notification, and a person moving firms gets its own line.

Search

Ask in plain language

Search organizations or people, by keyword or in plain language. Requests that the existing filters can represent are applied immediately with a readable summary; anything ambiguous is declined with a reason rather than guessed at.

  • Role, hierarchical location, AUM band, strategy, asset class
  • Filters, sort, and page held in a shareable URL
  • Saved searches as chips, with a result-count snapshot

Profiles

The firm, and the people inside it

Identity and contact details, AUM and strategy statistics, the firm overview with regulatory detail, its contacts, associated news and forums, and recent approved changes. Person profiles show role, biography, strategy tags, and related contacts at the same firm.

  • Watch, save to a list, or log an activity from the header
  • One private note per record, visible only to you

Alerts

One notification per approved change

Your tracked set is the union of direct watches and the members of your unmuted lists; tracking an organization also covers its associated people. Fields approved together become a single notification, and a person moving firms gets a dedicated line.

  • Unread counts on the rail and top bar
  • Mute, unmute, or stop any watch from one panel
  • Tracking starts when you start watching

Who uses it

Allocators

Map the manager universe by strategy and asset class, keep track of peers at other institutions, and see which forums your counterparts are attending.

Fund managers raising capital

Build a target list by role, location, and AUM band, then keep it current as investment teams change and decision makers move between institutions.

Service providers and consultants

Follow the firms in your coverage, log calls and meetings against the right record, and keep private notes where the rest of the context already lives.

Questions

How do I get in?

Submit a request with your work email and firm details. The Markets Group team reviews every request, usually within two business days.

Is there a password?

No. Approved members sign in with a magic link sent to their work email.

Can colleagues see my lists and notes?

No. Lists, saved searches, notes, and tasks belong to one user, and removing a list item never changes the shared directory record.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on team size and coverage. Contact sales and we will work it out with you.
